If you thought Part 1 was interesting, then Part 2 is the shit.. It's competition day, and if ever i felt inadequate as a dude, it was after watching how brilliantly in shape these ladies (and 1 little girl.. check out her impeccable routine) are. Caus it's a natural competition, all this is done with hard work, strict diets & discipline.
