for the record. The Greek Parma nicknamed 'The Zorba' is dangerous. You're dealing with layer upon layer of fetta cheese, olives and capscicum plus the ham, the other cheese and a kilo of chicken chips and yes a salad.

i've once had a tofu parma
it was improvised, but fairly tasty
if the task was given to the culinary masters at the albion
im sure they could whip up a tofu grandioso
