Tony is a meat carter - to those not in the know, a meat carter is a bloke who has a bloody big truck and drives shit loads of dead meat around the country delivering to your local butcher. If this sounds like a good career to you, you'll need to be bloody big, bloody strong and be good with a hacksaw.
