I tend to have a love hate relationship with cabbies - some are rude as fuck, others the nicest dudes going- but driving people home after a night on the piss or gear is a job that's gotta suck, particularly if your night could end with a knife in the face... After a brutal assault to one of their own last weekend, cab drivers across Melbourne came out in force this week, shirts off and all, to protest their lack of safety-
