COLLECTED INFORMATION
When you subscribe to Vive Cool City, we collect personal information from you including your name, e-mail address, DOB, location & sex.
We may also collect the URL from which you linked into our site, your IP address, and your browser type and version, all of which are collected in an anonymous manner without being linked to any of your personal information.
Customer privacy is something we take very seriously at Vive Cool City. We do not, and have never, sold or disseminated (except in cases where required to by law by law enforcement agencies) the personal information of our subscribers to any parties outside of Vive Cool City. We use subscriber information for the purposes of sending either a per episode notification, a weekly notification or both, in accordance to the individual subscriber's request at the point of subscribing or thereafter. We also use information for statistical purposes, to administer special offers, competitions or special editions, and to conduct surveys. All of our development is done in-house, and hence no contracted parties will ever have access to individual customer information.
Whilst Vive Cool City takes due care ensuring that all information is properly secured, Vive Cool City can not be held liable for script-processing errors from powers beyond its control (eg. server problems, etc.) which may result in subscriber information displayed.
